  • 2022 Shipping costs for international orders

    You may have noticed that the cost for shipping has increased drastically these past years.
    This is not a mistake or something I can control.

    I use DHL EXPRESS for all international orders.
    The cost varies depending on location so I put an estimate for shipping.

    Full transparency, I refund customers when their shipping costs comes out to be less than originally paid.
    When the cost for shipping is higher than what the customer paid, I pay out of my pocket to cover the additional costs. I always try my best to be fair and transparent.

    Please understand that the shipping you pay through this website is not absolute but an estimate. Sometimes it will come out to be more or less. I will always cover or refund once I know the actual cost to ship your order.

    If you would like to request a cheaper shipping method, I can use USPS first class but please understand that this does not always come with tracking and I will not be responsible for shipments that are lost through this shipment method.

    Feel free to email me to request for USPS instead of DHL before you place your order.

  • Caring for your Creepyyeha products

    Vinyl products:

    Vinyl is a material that demands constant care. It is inevitable that the vinyl ( clear ) will change color over time. To prevent this from happening sooner, please clean after every wear.

    Use a damp textured towel ( using water or windex spray ) and gently wipe surface clean. This will prevent natural oils from skin, dirt or lotion from damaging the vinyl.

    Avoid sunlight or heat when storing your vinyl product. Avoid oils, Keep in a dark cool space. Use a hanger and or a garment cover to store away.
    Please store vinyls away from other colors to avoid transfer.
    *DO NOT USE THE BLACK SATIN BAGGIES TO STORE VINYL PRODUCTS. THE COLOR WILL TRANSFER OVER TIME*

    Never soak product in water. If this happens, please be sure to wipe dry entirely and immediately.

    If your vinyl is warped due to packaging or storing, you can use a blow dryer to shape it back. Have the blow dryer about 1 feet away when heating up the vinyl. 1-2 minutes is enough for the vinyl to warm back to original shape.

    Leather products:
    My leather is not full grain.

    Leather should only be wiped or spot cleaned.
    Do not use anything oil based or acetone.
    Be sure to use lukewarm water and soap to wipe clean.

    Never soak product in water. If this happens, please be sure to wipe dry entirely and immediately.

    Keep away from sunlight or heat. Avoid oils.

    For larger products such as bras or bottoms, be sure to hang them or store them in the satin bag.

    Satin elastic products:

    Hand wash only.
    Air dry
    Do not use harsh soaps
    Wipe metals dry immediately after wash and hang dry.
    Avoid oils

  • What is your shipping policy?

    I ship out at least 4 times a week. You will receive an email that will notify you once shipped!

    All items will be shipped to address that is shown on buyer's profile when purchased unless noted otherwise.
    PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE ME YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER AND EMAIL. IF ANY PACKAGES ARE SENT BACK TO ME FOR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, I WILL CONTACT YOU THROUGH THE EMAIL PROVIDED TO ME. IF YOU DO NOT REPLY, I WILL NOT RESHIP YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.
    PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR ME.

    VERY IMPORTANT! You are responsible to keep track of your package after you receive an email with your tracking number. Any destroyed packages by DHL due to no delivery or no response from the receiver will not be refunded.
    I am not responsible for packages that has proof of delivery and signed for.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes, I ship worldwide except Russia or Qatar.

    I ship international packages with DHL
    Please be sure to provide the correct address and contact number.
    DHL calls receivers before delivering packages so if this applies to you, please be sure to provide a contact number.

    I will not ship your order out if you do not provide the contact number.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Everything is made and shipped by me and my partner.
    For the current wait time, please read my header. I try to keep it updated as much as possible!
    Please allow 1-8 weeks for your order to be made before shipped. This wait can sometimes be longer depending on how many people in the queue ahead of you.
    This wait might be a little longer than you are used to but please remember that you are purchasing something that is being created just for you, from a small independent business.

    Please understand that I will try my best to ship out your order as fast as I possibly can.

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and location.

    International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 4 weeks. Please note that lately, international shipping has been strict so some packages may delay.

    Tracking number cost is provided in shipping cost.
    Tracking is provided for both domestic and international packages.

    *Please make sure you read the info of the product before purchasing. Be sure of size and color. Contact me if you have any questions with sizing*

    *Most items are include parts that are screwed on and glued. Just to be safe, be sure to tighten screws after every wear to avoid any loose parts *

    * Some metals contain nickel. Nickel may cause allergic reaction to those with sensitive skin. If you are allergic to nickel, please notify me through checkout and I will be sure to add a protective layer on the metals *

  • Do you do custom orders?

    Yes, Email me! I am always open for any custom orders or if you have a request to tweek an item!

    All items are custom made according to measurements provided.
    We do not accept refunds or returns.

    For cancellation of your order, please email me to make sure that your order has not been made yet. If so, there is a cancellation fee.

  • Do you do refunds on custom made orders?

    No, custom orders are all final.

    If you'd like to cancel an order, please be sure to request cancellation within the same week as purchased date.

    I will not cancel orders that are already in the process of being made.

  • Domestic Packages Lost?

    There are many cases where domestic packages are lost or delayed.

    Every domestic package will be shipped out with tracking. If the tracking says that it is delivered but you have not received your package yet, please wait until the end of the week or a few more days to be sure that the mail is missing. Sometimes the post office may have a scanning mistake or misdelivered so please be sure to contact your local post or ask your neighbors first.

    Because I have proof of shipment and delivery confirmation, I will no longer be held responsible with lost or stolen mail. Please be aware of this once purchasing.

    Be sure to contact your local post when there is a problem with missing package.

  • Do you accept rush orders?

    I no longer accept rushed orders.
    Everything is handmade, I do not accept rush orders and cannot guarantee delivery dates. All orders are made in the order in which they are placed, so to skip anyone ahead of that queue would be unfair to those who have been waiting the longest.
    Everything will be made and shipped in a orderly manner.

  • Custom taxes and duties

    All international customers are responsible for custom taxes incurred on delivery. I refuse to mark anything as a 'Gift' or at a lower value so that a customer can avoid taxes. This is illegal and all requests to do so will be refused.

  • Do you allow loan/rentals for your samples?

    I no longer allow loans.
    I offer rental.

  • Limited edition items

    Limited edition items will only be available for several months. The classics will always be available.

    Every new collection that will be released, the previous collection will no longer be available unless stated otherwise.

  • Replace/repair

    Some pieces may be more fragile than others. Please be gentle.
    If you would like to request to replace a missing part ( spikes or studs ) Please contact me immediately.

    My pieces are used with screw backs. Please check to tighten after every wear to prevent any loose screws.

    If your piece has a broken part ( broken clasp/slider/rings ) Please contact me. You would need to send it back for repairs.

    I do not charge extra for repairing but if you ordered over 2 months, you would need to provide for shipping costs.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If you placed an order and changed your mind, please email me [email protected]

    Due to the nature of everything being custom and hand made to order, I will not refund any orders that are in progress.

    I will only refund and cancel orders that are not shipped or placed within the same week.
    Anytime after that will not be cancelled or refunded.

  • Shipping cost is too high?

    I understand that the shipping cost is very expensive, especially for international orders.

    I use DHL EXPRESS for all international orders and USPS for all domestic orders.

    DHL EXPRESS having continuously increased their rates yearly. This is something I am unable to control unfortunately.
    I use DHL because they offer great tracking updates, great customer service and shipping is very fast.

    If you'd like a cheaper option, I can use USPS first class mail instead. However, USPS does not offer tracking on international packages and takes much longer for packages to arrive.

    If you have a better suggestion, please let me know! I am looking to lower the shipping rates as low as I possibly can for you!
