I do not accept returns.
As all products are handmade, sometimes there will be imperfection but I do check for any damages before I ship, please consider this before you purchase anything.
Exceptions for returns are only available when order is sent with wrong color or size.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Due to many problems with shipping first class overseas, all international orders will now be shipped as priority.
If you do not wish to pay the priority price, please email me before purchasing and I will happily re-list the item with first class shipping for you.
However, if doing so, you will be making an agreement that you understand the risks of shipping first class internationally.
I will not be responsible for any late or lost mail unless it was sent as priority.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Everything is made and shipped by me.
Please be aware that your order is added to an orderly queue on storenvy and etsy. Your order will be made and shipped 2-20 days after purchase date depending on your order and place on the queue.
Please understand that I will try my best to ship out your order as fast as I possibly can.
Any listing with the "pre-order" button on it will take a little longer to be made and shipped out.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and location.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks. Please note that lately, international shipping has been strict so some packages may delay.
Within US shipping- tracking number cost is provided in shipping cost.
Oversea orders only have custom numbers- not tracking numbers.

All items will be shipped to address that is shown on buyer's profile when purchased unless noted otherwise. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE ME YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS AND EMAIL. IF ANY PACKAGES ARE SENT BACK TO ME FOR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, I WILL CONTACT YOU THROUGH THE EMAIL PROVIDED TO ME. IF YOU DO NOT REPLY, I WILL NOT RESHIP YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.

Do you do refunds on custom made orders?
No, custom orders are all final.
Why is it taking so long for my order to be shipped?
At the moment, I am backed up on orders.
I am the only one making orders to ship.
All orders will be added to an orderly queue from my etsy and storenvy.
So it depends on what order you are on, on my list.
I do aim to make and ship orders 4-20 days after purchase date. Sometimes it may take longer depending on your place on the queue.

Domestic Packages Lost?
There are many cases where domestic packages are lost or delayed.
Every domestic package will be shipped out with tracking. If the tracking says that it is delivered but you have not received your package yet, please wait until the end of the week or a few more days to be sure that the mail is missing. Sometimes the post office may have a scanning mistake or misdelivered so please be sure to contact your local post or ask your neighbors first.
Because I have proof of shipment and delivery confirmation, I will no longer be held responsible with lost or stolen mail. Please be aware of this once purchasing.
I cannot control the service of USPS. Once I have done my part, I will not be responsible for any lost packages.
What does pre-order mean?
Everything sold in this shop is made to order and all by hand. Pre-order does not mean that it needs to be stocked in order to be shipped out. It means that this particular item will take longer to be made before shipping out.
Do you accept rush orders?
I no longer accept rushed orders.
It is not fair for those who waited the longest for their order to ship.
Everything will be made and shipped in a orderly manner.
